She is survived by: her sons, Clay Floyd (Sherry) and David Floyd (Lianne); her grandchildren, Kyle Floyd (Erinn), Tori Floyd and Lainey Floyd; her great grandchildren, Emily Anderson (Lawrence), Rhett Floyd, Olivia Floyd, Connor Fleming and Sam Wallace; her sister Janice M. Payung; and her caregiver April L. Smith.
