He is survived by: his wife Carol Ethridge; his children, Debi Sellers, Beverly Smith, Tammie Foster (Mark) and Gary Ethridge; his siblings, Loyd Ethridge, Jr., Joyce Reagan, Mary Spivey, Linda Kell and Sheila Duncan; and his grandchildren, Cole McMillan, Nathan Smith, Stephanie Smith, Kane Foster and Adam Foster. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
