She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucas Thiers and Martha Thiers. She is survived by: her husband Boze Godwin; her sister Bunny Goodman (Butch) of Panama City, FL.; her children, Julie Harry (Scotty), Gail Allegood (Shayne) and Earl Godwin (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Trey Smith (Brittany), Colt Smith (Kristin), Brent Allegood, Martha-Scott Harry, Lynton Godwin V and Landon Godwin.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lebanon Cemetery (323-252 Old Plains Hwy, Plains, GA 31780).

In lieu of flowers family request donations to be made to Perfect Care Remembrance and Care Fund- nonprofit.
