He was predeceased by : his parents, James Milburn Johnstone and Rosie May Johnstone (Banks); and his nephew Timothy Lange. He is survived by : his siblings, William Johnstone (Kathy) of Bartlesville, Emma Mattwaoshshe (Michael) of Horton and Ruth Lange (David) of Apache Junction, Arizona.
