He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kramer and Madeline Luck Kramer; his children, Anna and Kevin; and his brother Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Charles Kramer (Michelle) of Falls City and Chris Kramer of Sabetha; and his brother Terry. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
