He is survived by: his wife Michelle Alshouse of Milan; his children, Hunter Lantz of Chatsworth, Georgia, Koral Barrett (Wes) of Pollock, Victoria Smith (Christian) of Bradford, Rebecah Alshouse of Milan and Madyson Alshouse; his sister Angie Warren (Tim) of Milan; and his stepparents, Harold Lambert (Barbara) and Diane Alshouse.
