He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Brown; his children, Cheltzie Middleton and Corey Roark; his granddaughter Autumn Mathis; his siblings, Angela Bledsoe (Martin), Leann Dye (Billy), Donald Roark and Frank Jr.; his stepchildren, Shanise Brown-Burke (Christopher) and Conner Brown; and his stepgrandson Ezra Brown-Burke.
