It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Johnson of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Dayton, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Payne (Stepmother Velma) and Mary Agnes Haggard Ross; and her husband Foster Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Steve (Christine), Dennis (Sabine), Charlie (Eddie) and LeeAnn; her grandchildren, Steven, Scott, Kirbi, Kody, Noah, Eva, Savannah, Anaelle, Macy, Samuel, Analia and Nailah; her great grandchildren, Harlow, Finley, Eden, Piper, Maggie and James; and her siblings, Ronnie, Danny Ray and Debbie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
