He was predeceased by: his parents, Elta Pryse and Geneva "Bo" Pryse; and his grandparents, Beulah, William Pryse, John and Haley Sizemore.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Pryse; his children, Keith Pryse of Jackson, KY, Joy Fox (James) of Beattyville and Traci Pryse of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Julie Hollon of Jackson, KY, Weston Bo Hollon of Jackson, KY, Chase Pryse of Booneville, KY and Harper Moore of Beattyville, KY; his son John Pfoutz (Crystal) of Corbin, KY; his grandsons, Timothy and Dillon Pfoutz; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Smith (JoAnn) of Corbin and Tinkle Brown of Corbin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great, great great nieces and nephews.
