He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Price; his children, Penny "PJ" Warren (Jason) of Corbin and Curtis Warren (Sonya) of La Follette, Tennessee; his sister Rosetta Price; his grandchildren, Mandy Leigh (Rob) of Corbin, Debra Warren of Corbin, McKenzie Thomas (Jake) of La Follette, Dawson Warren of La Follette, Sydney Jo Warren of La Follette, Isaac Warren of Corbin, Lucas Leigh of Corbin, Kash Leigh of Corbin, Scarlett Grace Leigh of Corbin and Saelor Thomas of La Follette; his uncle Tom Cox; and his close friends, Ryan Mays, Micky Roberts, Grady Rogers, Baalem Asher, Tim, Angie Smith, Raymond, Dustin, Darvin and Steve. He is also survived by special friends; and a host of nieces and nephews.
