She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clark and Retha Carmen Clark; her husband William Garland; her son Eugene Garland; her stepdaughter Peggy Garland Smith; her son Charlie Garland; and her brothers, Dennis Clark, Jimmy Clark and Roger Carmen.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Garland; her grandchildren, Curt Garland, Adrien Garland, Chris Fox, Bo Garland, Zach Garland, Vanessa Garland, Stephanie Rhodes, Richie McCrystal, Kaitlyn Garland and Kameron Garland; and her sisters, Lois Kindle, Roberta Earls, Patty Wren and Tammy Mills. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
