He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Webb and Edna Goodin Webb; the mother of his children Joan G. Webb; his brother-in-law Jim Cobb; and his wife Patsy Lloyd Webb.
He is survived by: his children, DeAnn Webb (Eric), Cynthia Garrett (Jason), Donna Walker and Jimmy Walker (CIndy); his grandchildren, Holly Helm (David), Kayla Dafler, Rachael Bryant (Trenton), Brianna Lawrence, Autumn Houpt (Travis), Jillian Garrett, Emily Garrett, Gabriel Garrett, Stephanie Hamblin (Chase) and Jackie Faulkner (Jeremiah); his great grandchildren, Jenson Helm, Elena Bryant, Charlee Ford, Daisy Houpt, Violet Houpt, Lucas Moses, Gunner Faulkner, Annalee Faulkner and Liam Hamblin; and his sister Fredina W. Cobb.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at the Corinth Cemetery (2322 N Kentucky 830, Corbin, KY 40701).
