He is survived by: his children, Leslie Ann Thorpe and Brian Nathan Thorpe (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Austin Thorpe, Zachary Thorpe and Piper Jane Thorpe; and his siblings, Leland Wesley Thorpe and Janet Amburgey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and by his loving puppy.
