She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Smith; her daughter Pamela Jean Hawkins; her parents, Clarence Crawford and Carrie Mooneyham Crawford; her siblings, Tommy Crawford, Walt Crawford, Estil Crawford, Maurice Crawford, Roberta Messer and Ramona Crawford; and her grandparents, Dora, Oscar Mooneyham, France and Rebecca Crawford.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Smith (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Alissa Ackerman (Pete), Lucinda Wempe (Conner), Seth Smith (Mishaela), Amber Bingham, Matthew Liam Hawkins and Hailey Gray Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Kent Douglas Ackerman, Adilynn Ackerman and Levi Wempe; and her brother Don Crawford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to New Hope Ministries Church of God.
