It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Crystal Gayle Warren of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William "Tom" McKeehan; and her grandparents, Seberry, Nellie McKeehan, Isaac and Marie Mullins.

She is survived by: her mother Wanda Mullins McKeehan; her son Tommy Warren; her brother Bryan McKeehan (Michael Delk); her niece Bryanna Claxton; her aunt Debra; her uncle Larry Hensley; and her friends, Beth Barnes, David Nantz, Kristi Moore and Frankie Ball.
