He was predeceased by: his son Richard "Bucky" Miller; and his parents, David Miller and Ann Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Daisy Perkins and Ellie Miller; his grandchildren, Dustin Leab, Joshua Leab (Jordan), Seth West, Stephanie West and Heather Donelson; his great grandchildren, Preston Allen Leab, Imma Leab, Lakelee Leab and Xena Kay; and his brother Gary Miller.
