He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Goins and Ella Mayne Goins; and his siblings, Larry Goins and Donna Williams. He is survived by: his children, Hannah Goins and Kevin Goins (Sydney); the mother of his children Kathy Gambrel Goins; and his siblings, Gary Goins (Kathy), Judy Mitchell (Willard), Brenda Martin and Dallas Goins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
