It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Hammack of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Ray Hammack; his grandparents, Luther "Luke" Willis and Frances Willis; his uncles, Eugene Willis and Jim Maxwell; and his father-in-law Jay Logan.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Willis; his wife Chasity Adams Hammack; his children, Austin, Destiny, Miley and Weston; his brother Chris Hammack (Alisha); his uncle Wayne Willis; his nieces and nephews, Zayne, Cole, Lucas Hammack, Gavin Gray, Rachel Howard and Lauren Gray; his parents-in-law, Peggy Logan and Steve Adams; and his sisters-in-law, Keisha Gray (Hubert) and Alisha Howard (Randall).
