He was predeceased by: his parents, Crit Cook and Minnie Hicks Cook; his siblings, Solomon Cook (Dorthea), Delcie "Sandy" Doss (Jim), Rebecca Schmitt (George) and Patricia Reeves; and his sister-in-law Carrie Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Eulline Howell Cook; his children, Tracy Cook, Diane Wagers (Randy), Rhonda Darlene Partin (Bill) and Philip Cook; his grandchildren, Savannah Wagers, Autumn Harris, Ashton Harris and Ethan Wagers; and his siblings, Paul Cook and Eva Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
