He is survived by: his mother Margie Eaton Adkins; his children, Jack Champlin, Josh Champlin (Angela) and Stephanie Champlin; his grandchildren, Kayla Andres (Ray), Paxton Beck, Piper Beck, Parker Beck, Paige Collins (Austin), Peyton Champlin, Lexi Champlin, Kensley Champlin and Karlie Champlin; his great grandchildren, Daniel Andres and Olivia Collins; and his siblings, Willie Champlin, Gary Champlin, Brian Champlin, Kimberly Hopkins, Steven Champlin, Karen Owens and Cynthia Madden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
