She is survived by: her husband Charles Garret; her children, Mike Garrett (Sherry), Tammy Powell and Rodney Garrett (Linda); her siblings, Austin Cecil, Betty Parrigin and Eva Sue Blackburn (Phillip); her granddaughters, Jessica Vann (Michael) and Emily Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Vann and Brayden Vann.
