He is survived by: his wife Loretta Irene Engle; his sons, Danny Engle (Krista) and Billy Engle (Amy); his grandchildren, Andrew Engle (Allison), Molly Bari (Jacob), Kayla, Ashton Engle, Josh (Natalie) and Justin Gorrell (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Marley Engle, Isabella Bari, Benjamin Gorrell and Theodore Gorrell; and his sisters, Evelyn Bowman, Vanessa Cornett (Shane) and Julia Rawlings (Chuck). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
