With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Robertson of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Robertson and Eva Howard Robertson; his sons, Ricky Robertson and Freddie Robertson; his siblings, Herschel Robertson and Cleda Mae Baker; and his stepsons, Donnie Smith and Roger Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Poff Robertson; his children, Kathy Knotts and Jimmie Robertson; his sister Barbara Deaton; and his stepsons, Dennis Smith and Darren Smith (Jeanett). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and by many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

“I use to go to the same church Brother Robertson use to attend. I had his wife as a Sunday school teacher. Brother Robertson was so faithful to the end. He was also very wise. He is definitely missed by so many including myself. To Sister Robertson and family, you all are in my thoughts and prayers, always!!! Sending my love as well. Hang in there. The lord shall bring you comfort in this time of heartache.”
