He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve "Jay" Douglas and Jacqueline West Douglas; his daughter Jennifer Robbins; and his sister Trudy Croley. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cannon; his children, Brandon Cannon (Holly), Jordan Cannon (LaDonna), Justin Douglas (Tiffany) and Amy Fraizer Bennett (Brook); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brooklyn, Kendra, Blake, Corey, Payton, Mason, Bryson, Liam, Peyton, Kingston and Malia; his sister Barbara Chandler; his cousin Kathy Byrd (Eddie); and his close friends, Charlie Brogan, Chris Carter, Tina Middleton and Vickie Walker.
