He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Elliott and Florence Elliott Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Carstens, Pamela Allen, Tyler Lauerman and Ethan Elliott; his grandchildren, Dillion Allen and Christopher Allen; his sisters, Brenda Middleton, Frankie Elliott Warren and Carolyn Elliott; and his nephew Lou. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
