She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arlis Adams and Betty L. Adams; and her nephew Wesley Ooten. She is survived by: her husband Danny Burkhart; her daughter Cassie Fuson (Tommy) of Corbin; and her sisters, Karen Richmond (Johnny) of Hubert, NC and Penny Lewis of Corbin.
