He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lowe and Lena Perkins Lowe; his son Johnny Lowe; and his siblings, David Lowe, Lonnie Lowe, Larry Lowe, George Wendell Lowe, Martha Wilson, Doris Ridener, Judy Gudich and Linda Gail Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bryant; his children, Ashley Lowe and Mary Bryant; his grandchildren, Breanna Vaughn, Conray Vaughn, Jordan Bryant, Mitchell Vaughn and Damian Engle; and his siblings, Vickie Lowe, Lisa Lowe, Kathy Lowe and Leroy Lowe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
