He is survived by: his children, Johnie Durham, Jr., Tammy Hendrickson (Jimmy), Patsy Horn (Darrell) and James Durham (Lanora); his grandchildren, Jimmy Hendrickson (Julie), Chance Hendrickson (Kayla), Calli Justice (Joshua), Josh Horn (Tiffany), Whitney Breeding (Joe), Allison Kinman (Kirtley), Hannah Durham (Bradley), Briar Durham and Sarah Sipes (Austin); and his siblings, Willie Durham (June) and Mary Ruth Cook. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
