She is survived by: her children, Dennis Collins (Karen) and Sandra Hopkins (Durk); her grandchildren, Reggie Collins (Kelly), Brandon Hopkins, Lauren Carney (Paul), Ashley Horn (Chris) and Ali Collins Bunch (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Carney, Elizabeth Carney, Parker Collins, Collin Horn, Olivia Collins and Remi Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
