He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Satterfield and Hazel Dopel Satterfield; his wife Norma Jean Lambdin Satterfield; and his siblings, Marjorie Worley, Freda Forth and Donald Satterfield.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra S. Greear (Aaron) of Corbin and Steven R. Satterfield (Suzann) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Joshua Greear (Taylor), Rebekah Hackett (Travis), Trevor Satterfield (Afton) and Benjamin Greear; and his siblings, Robert Satterfield, William Satterfield and Betty Taylor. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
