He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Sue McVicar; and his brother Lloyd Helton. He is survived by: his wife Brenda LeForce Blue; his children, Anthony McVicar, Joy Blue-Smith (Sherman) and Krystal Miller (Justin); his grandchildren, Kodey Smith (Amanda), Bryan Blue (Destiny), Seth Smith, Devan Smith, Gracie Miller, Hannah Miller, Denver Miller, James Epperson, Kimberlyn Earls and Billie Warren; his great grandchildren, Hope Blue, Isabella Blue, Elizabeth Mae Blue and Elias Blue; and his siblings, Kerry Blue and Bonnie Helton.
