He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith Witt; his children, Shawn Witt (Sheena) and Melissa Mayfield (Robert); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Mayfield, Makayla Johnson, Shawn Trenton Witt, Cherrah Witt, Trevor Witt and William Chadwell; his great grandchildren, Elijah Johnson, Domonick Anderson, Hezekiah Smith and Gabriel Chadwell; his sister Betty Jean Eaton; and his friends, Charles Ray Eaton, Bob and Karen Zink. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
