He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Collins and Goldie Whitlock Collins; his brothers, Chuck Collins, Terry Collins, Larry Collins, Tim Collins and Tom Collins; and his stepbrother Scottie Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Marquetta Caldwell Collins; his children, Mark Jason Collins (Ashley) of Williamsburg and Alicia Collins Malone (Cory) of Greenville, TN; his grandchildren, Ean Collins and Cora Mae Malone; and his brother Rob Collins of Alexandria, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
