She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin Creech and Myrtle Davis Creech; her husband William "Bill" Collins; her sons, William Thomas Collins Jr. and George Rankin Collins; and her sister Shelby Clevenger (Jim).
She is survived by: her grandsons, Joshua Collins (Melissa) of Conroe, TX and Tyler Collins (Meghan) of Corbin; her siblings, Ruth Jackson (Don) of Lily, KY, Bill Creech (Linda) of Waco, TX, David Creech (Rhonda) of Cumberland, KY and Gary Creech (Monette) of Benham, KY.; her daughter-in-law Sheila Collins; and her great grandchildren, Brantley, Amelia, Madelyn and Tytus.
