She is survived by: her husband Berry Carter; her daughters, Shawna Phillips (Kevin) and Leigh-Anne Bennett (Shawn); her grandchildren, Gavin, Lexi, Abby and Chloe; and her siblings, Judy Black, Henry, Leland, Kenneth Owens, Jorene, Ed, Tommy, Faye, Calvin, Margaret and Nancy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
