She is survived by: her husband Donald Mackey; her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Hart and Alexis McMahan; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Lynn Cox and Candy Pram; her siblings, Wendelin Warwick and Kathy Fields; her nieces, Heather Fields and Brittney Warwick; and her nephew Robbie Mackey. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and friends.
