She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Bird and Bonnie Bird; and her siblings, Shirley Jenkins Hall, Jerry Bird, Calvin Bird, Billy Bird and Rodger Bird.
She is survived by: her husband Rudy Carroll; her children, Lonnie R. Carroll, Jr. (Marsha) and Belinda C. Hamilton (Derek); her grandchildren, Tiesa, Tasha, Danielle, Alexis, Gabrielle, Rudy, Daniel and Bonnie; and her sisters-in-law, Okeh Bird and Sally Bird. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
