She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Frazier and Della Pennington Frazier; and her husband Jimmy Cummins. She is survived by: her brother Lowell Frazier (Marie) of Liberty, SC. She is also survived by daughters; and other relatives, friends, and caregivers.
