He is survived by: his wife Carmen Albarran Orr; his sons, Jeffrey Clementi Orr and Jason Clementi Orr; his adoptive son Stephen Billone; his daughter Arisally Rosada; his siblings, Chris Kristofferson Orr and Jimmy Orr; and his in-laws, Renee, Glen Bolton, Saralinda, Frank Kuchar, Rosemary Albarran, Rosa Negron and Lacy Holloway. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
