He was predeceased by: his son Michael Caldwell; his mother Margie Caldwell; and his sister Linda Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Taylor, April Taylor, Michelle Lowe (Darrell), Austin Caldwell and Bradley Caldwell (Destiny); his grandchildren, Gary Carter, Jeremiah Brown, Madison Taylor, Presley Lowe, Parker Lowe, Pyper Lowe, Shannon Caldwell, Sophie Caldwell and Easton Caldwell; and his siblings, Kenneth Caldwell, Lora Lewis and Loretta Tye.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
