She is survived by: her mother Amanda Geraldine Smallwood; her husband Steve Wells; her children, Shawntae Smith (Shawn), Nikki Burnett, Matthew Wells (Amanda) and Bradley Wells; her grandchildren, Jonas Smith, Trevor Smith, Tori Wynn (James), Adam Riley Vaughn, Brooklyn Wells, Luann Wells, Jordan Wells, Steven Wells, Samari Wells, Nakota Morris, Bradley Wells, Jax Wells and Samuel Wells; and her sisters, Rose Ella Smallwood, Barbara Smith (Tim), Sherry Grey (Johnny) and Darlene Bingham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
