He was predeceased by : his parents, Truman Ray Perry and Anna McCraery Perry. He is survived by : his children, Ryan Perry and Megan Perry (Devin); his sister Lisa Perry (Ralph J. Jackson); his loving girlfriend Dawn Sizemore; his step-daughter Kayla Cox; and his grandchildren, Peyton and Emma.
