She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Teague and Cora McVay Teague; her husband Carl W. Smith; and her brother Ralph Teague. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Hendrickson; her grandsons, Bobby Hendrickson, Jr. and Tyler Hendrickson (Kristen); her great grandchild Kaitlyn Hendrickson; her sister-in-law Marceline Teague; her nephew Randall Smith; and her close friends, Donna and Dell Sams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lynn Camp Cemetery (215 Lynn Camp Church Rd, Corbin, KY 40701).
