He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Bowdler, Sr. and Ruby Dugger Goforth; and his siblings, Jackie Helton Henderson, Debbie Helton Knight, Marijean Bowdler and Allen Keith Helton.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Martin Bowdler of Corbin; his daughters, Rachel Grubb (Daniel) of Gray and Erica Goss (Raymond) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Eads, Brayden Eads of Corbin, Mackenzie Eads, Robert Michael Eads and Chase Carr; and his sister Myra Goforth of Corbin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
