He is survived by : his daughter Cassandra Sazima; his siblings, Brenda Burkley, Donald Freese (Christine), Bruce Smith (Diane) and Leslie Shifflett; and his close friend Phyllis McAdams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
