He is survived by: his children, Kelly Stevens Gregory (Earl) and Daniel Stevens (Brandi); the mother of his children Kathie Stevens; his close friend Patti Hart; his grandchildren, Summar Ferguson (Ricky) and Ashton Gregory (Angela Gwinn); and his great grandchildren, Leelynn Ferguson and Skyelah Ferguson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
