We announce the death of Donna Mae Fore of Rockholds, Kentucky, who passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frost and Mae Engle Frost; her husband Wade Austin Fore; her children, Peggy Fox and Daryl Fore; her siblings, Gordon "Doc" Frost, Jim Frost, Kenneth Frost, Bessie Lunsford, Mary Sams, Annabelle Stanley and Ruth Lunsford; her great grandchild Zachary Hayes; and her sons-in-law, Boyd Swafford, Delbert Swafford and Daniel Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Fore, Danny Fore (Kelly), Joyce Swafford, Betty Swafford, Phyllis Patterson and Orpha Rees (Eddie); her grandchildren, Miranda Hayes (DJ), Danessa Monhollen (Jason), Delbert Swafford Jr. (Melissa), Matthew Swafford, James Swafford (Barbie), Crystal Swafford, Boyd Swafford Jr. (Sandra), Daniel Patterson Jr., Donna Holland (Kyle), John Patterson and Jackie Melton (Joe); her great grandchildren, Jaycie Monhollen, Austin Hayes, Skyler Hayes, Kolton Hayes, Dani Patterson, Ryan Patterson, Kolson Holland, Jaxson Holland, Nathan Patterson, James Swafford, Taylor Swafford, Tristin Elswick, Tyler Swafford, Sadie Melton and Drew Melton; and her sister Nell Kneper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
