He is survived by: his mother Dixie Lee Kincaid; his children, Kimberly Sue Harris, Christina Marie Seavey, Jeffrey Scott Sullivan, Christopher Andrew Sullivan, Matthew Caleb Sullivan and Eddie Sullivan; and his sisters, Audrey Rose Mendoza and Kathleen Maire Acosta. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
