He is survived by: his children, Karen Owens of Woodbine, Johnny Westerfield of Lily and Tamatha Monhollen of Woodbine; his grandchildren, Raymond William Owens (Casey) of Barbourville, Kayla Sue Owens of Georgetown, Kristan Monhollen of Texas, Steven Monhollen, Anthony Monhollen of Woodbine, Tiffany Monhollen of Siler, KY, Zachary Westerfield of Florida, Sabrina Westerfield of Corbin, Jonathan Westerfield of Woodbine, Amanda Westerfield of Harlan and Jonathan Lowe of Corbin; his siblings, Kenneth, Leland Owens and Judy (Steve Black); and his brother-in-law Berry Carter. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
