He is survived by: his wife Hattie Minor of Abbeville, LA; his children, Helen Minor of Abbeville, LA, Mae Dean Payne (Melvin) of Abbeville, LA, Connie Perro of New Iberia, LA, Lizzie Menard of Leroy, LA, Joseph J. Hawkins (Amy) of Abbeville, LA, David C. Hawkins of Abbeville, LA and Skye Hawkins (Verliner) of Abbeville, LA; his stepsister Dorothy Bessard of California; his siblings, JC Minor (Earline) of Abbeville, LA, Henry Miner, Jr. of Abbeville, LA, NJ Minor of Breaux Bridge, LA and Jennie Guillory (Herbert) of Meaux, LA; and his godson Herbert Guillory, Jr.. He is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
